Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We offer shipping within Sweden via PostNord and DHL:

🚚 Standard Delivery (PostNord & DHL): 1–3 business days within Sweden.
🚀 Express Delivery: Faster options may be available – contact us if needed.
📍 Service Point Pickup: Your package will be delivered to your nearest PostNord or DHL service point.
🏡 Home Delivery (DHL Home & PostNord MyPack Home): Option to receive your package directly to your door, depending on your address.

Shipping Cost

💰 Free shipping on orders over 599 SEK!
💳 For orders below this amount, a shipping fee will apply according to the current rates of PostNord or DHL.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

🔍 When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Unclaimed Packages

If you do not collect your package within 7 days (PostNord) or 14 days (DHL), it will be returned to us. A fee may apply for unclaimed packages to cover shipping and handling costs.

Damaged Shipments & Claims

📢 If your package is damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately and contact the carrier (PostNord or DHL) to file a damage report.
