Right of Withdrawal & Exchanges
As a private customer at LighterGear.se, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal and the right to exchange. This means you can return unused and undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your package.
What happens if I don’t pick up my package?
If you leave your package unclaimed and it is returned to us, you will be charged 89 SEK for return shipping and an administrative fee of 100 SEK. It is therefore cheaper to collect your package and return any items you do not wish to keep.
Damaged item or product defect?
If your item is damaged on delivery or a defect arises, you have the right to file a complaint within three years from the delivery date. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time, no later than two months after you discovered the issue. If the product has a warranty longer than one year, you may file a complaint within the warranty period.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns under the right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for return shipping. Contact us at gram@lightergear.se to request a return label. Return shipping within Sweden costs 89 SEK and will be deducted from your refund.
Return Instructions
1. Fill out the return slip
In your shipment, there is a delivery note. Clearly mark the products you are returning and include the slip in the package.
2. Pack the items carefully
All products must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition.
Use an outer box to protect the original packaging — for example, do not tape or use a shoebox as the shipping container.
If a product is returned damaged or without its original packaging, we may reject the return.
3. Use trackable shipping
We are not responsible for lost shipments, so we recommend using tracked and insured shipping.
Send us the tracking number so we can follow your return.
4. Do NOT send returns to a service point
