By completing a purchase on Lightergear.se, you enter into an agreement with:

We comply with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act to ensure a safe and fair shopping experience.
Prices
All prices on Lightergear.se are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Our standard assortment has the same pricing online as in our physical store, but exceptions may occur during local promotions. We reserve the right for potential pricing errors, VAT changes, stock issues, or typos in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Age Limit & Payment Responsibility
We do not process orders from individuals under 18 years of age without a guardian’s approval. By making a purchase on Lightergear.se, you accept financial responsibility for your order.
Payment Options
We use Klarna Checkout, which allows you to choose:
– Card Payment (Visa or Mastercard) – no extra fee
– Direct Bank Transfer (SEB, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Swedbank) – Sweden only, no extra fee
– Invoice (14 days) – no invoice fee. The invoice is sent via email and delivery is made to your registered address
Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders from our store and process them as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 business days. We use PostNord for deliveries and ship within Sweden only.
– Shipping fee: 89 SEK for orders under 1000 SEK
– Free shipping: For orders over 1000 SEK
– Delivery method: Packages are delivered to your nearest service point and will be held for 6 days before being returned
Unclaimed Packages
If you fail to collect your package, we charge a fee corresponding to PostNord’s return fee (from 182 SEK). Refunds will not be issued until this fee is paid.
Want to return your item? Pick up the package and return it yourself using the included return label – it’s much cheaper (89 SEK) than letting it be returned automatically.
Open Purchase & Returns
You have a 30-day open purchase period, meaning you may examine the product and its function. Returns must be in sellable condition and returned in original packaging with tags intact. If the product has been handled more than necessary, a depreciation deduction may be applied to the refund.
Exceptions from Open Purchase
– Hygiene products with broken seals (e.g., camping food, ointments, water purification tablets)
– Cut-to-order items (e.g., rope and cords)
For returns:
– Invoice purchases are credited once the item is received
– Card purchases are refunded to the same account
– Shipping fees are non-refundable
– Return shipping cost: 89 SEK, charged via Klarna
Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. The withdrawal period starts the day you receive your order.
– Return the product in original packaging and in substantially unchanged condition
– Use the included return label (89 SEK fee applies)
– Include the invoice/delivery note
– To exercise the right of withdrawal, send the item back or notify us at gram@lightergear.se before the period ends
Exceptions from the Right of Withdrawal
– Hygiene products with broken seals
– Custom-cut items
Return Instructions
– Mark “RETURN” on the delivery note next to the items being returned
– Pack the items securely
– Include the delivery note and seal the box
– Attach the included return label and remove any old labels
– Send the package via PostNord (return shipping 89 SEK)
We only accept returns sent using our provided return label. Contact us at gram@lightergear.se if you are missing one.
Complaints & Warranty
If you discover that an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, contact us immediately (no later than 30 days after receipt) at gram@lightergear.se and provide your order number.
Complaints after use
You are entitled to make a complaint up to 3 years from the purchase date under consumer law.
The issue must be due to an original defect (e.g., manufacturing or material defect).
Defects caused by wear, misuse, or accidents are not covered.
The complaint must be made within 2 months of discovering the issue.
For quicker handling, please include images of the defect in your initial message. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping and any replacement delivery.
Note: For clothing complaints, the item must be washed before returning. Otherwise, it will be sent back without action.
